Cloud Bread

The previously popular cloud eggs have fallen out of favor, while cloud bread has risen unexpectedly.

Despite its low calorie content, this type of bread is exceptionally soft, moist, and enjoyable to chew.

It requires only three ingredients: cream cheese, cream of tartar, and eggs. (Of course, you can also add some preferred seasonings or spices, such as a spoonful of sugar or honey.)


Cloud bread can also be used to make sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, hot dogs, waffles, and even paired with poached eggs, making it quite versatile.

Here’s the recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Separate the yolks from 3 eggs, then mix 3 tablespoons of cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir.
  1. In another bowl, mix the egg whites and cream of tartar, stirring until stiff peaks form (about 4-5 minutes on high speed). Then, use a spoon to gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites.

After baking, you can enjoy cloud bread in various ways. Add fruits to make it resemble pancakes, or stuff it with meat and vegetables for a sandwich or burger-like
